As the year came to a close, the Deschutes team gathered at The Porter Hotel last week for our annual holiday event. The evening provided an opportunity to reflect on the year, recognize team contributions, and connect to share some Holiday cheer.
During the evening, CEO MacGregor Hall addressed the team, recognizing the collective effort and dedication shown throughout the year. He highlighted the importance of collaboration across the firm and thanked team members for their professionalism and commitment to serving clients.
The program also included recognition of Diane Bella, who recently passed away after 25 years with the company. Her long-standing service and contributions to Deschutes were acknowledged as part of the firm’s history.
Displays throughout the event highlighted key moments from the year, including the Deschutes Day of Service and the industry awards for which the firm was nominated and recognized in 2025. These highlights reflected both the firm’s community involvement and its ongoing commitment to professional excellence.
As we move into the new year, we remain grateful for the trust our clients place in Deschutes Investment Consulting. We look forward to continuing our work together and wish our clients, partners, and community a successful and prosperous 2026.
